@GuardianTiberas NO, IT'S NOT DEAD! Wiki: ikizukuri the preparation of sashimi from a live sea animal, such as fish, shrimp, and lobster Ikizukuri usually involves the customer selecting the animal they wish to eat from a saltwater tank. The chef, who is often a sashimi chef, takes the animal out of the tank, and carefully fillets it, without killing the animal. The sea animal is served, its sliced flesh served on top of it for decoration, with its heart still beating

En mí tiempo en Japón me gustaba comer ese tipo de sashimi por ser fresco y delicioso, pero ahora q veo en este video me doy cuenta la crueldad que somos nosotros.

It's dead...haven't any of you been to a fish market? They TWITCH after dead. It's the same with any animal you butcher for meat!

is sushi expensive in japan?

It is cheaper (in most japanese restaurants/izakayas) than in the US, and there are more choices. However Japanese place a high premium on freshness and on some cuts of fish (toro) so expect to pay premium for those.
