  • I think you might want to review this short video lesson again. I'm not sure where you got the impression that I suggest to bet a specific or set amount. Nowhere do I recommend to bet a "set amount." Instead, I talk about percentages of the pot. That is how virtually all professional poker players determine their bets, taking into consideration other factors such as stack sizes, opponent tendencies or styles and other mostly tournament specific considerations to make slight adjustments.
