  • This falls into good on paper, bad in practice. Bikes are supposed to follow the vehicle signals if they are mounted anyway. Remember, the more complicated it is, the easier it is to mess it up. The easier it is, the more it will get ignored.

  • Not everyone in the world has perfect 20/20 vision. At a distance that light may look like any other green light to many people. It is set up just like a normal automotive traffic light which may get confusing to many people. If it's supposed to be a special light just for bycicles then the whole thing should look different. It should not resemble a normal traffic light.

This light is poorly designed and it's gonna get someone hurt.

  • Bike.. Light..? Bad..? Have you seen Shanghai? Sweet god. This country is so spoiled.

  • fuck this lights and fuck san francisco

  • The whole idea is stupid. A red light and green light right next to eachother. Stupid.

  • That bike traffic light is a bad idea as it's shape, location and size are all too close to a regular vehicular traffic light. For bikes, the light should be more like a pedestrian crosswalk light... hmm, isn't that basically how it's done everywhere in the US? who's concept was this anyway? one for the fail blog me thinks.

  • @kenny1309 that's a bike path they are riding on

  • I thought bikes follow same rules as cars.

So they have to "drive" on the street?

  • Thank You!

  • That was the weirdest movie... ever

  • NO! The true "A" holes are in BUCKYSTEIN (#7) VS. Critical Mass ROAD RAGE! because no one on a bike should be murdered.
