Well, here it is: my second Let's Play.

I know I might be dissapointing some people who seemed keen on me doing Lands of Lore 2, but I have been having a huge amount of problems getting that to work on my machine, as well as to record it effectively. Lands of Lore 2 most certainly is on the cards and will probably be the Let's Play after this one though. This game, however, is closer to my heart and is a game that I truly cherish and hopefully, one you will learn to cherish too.

Managed to make sure there wasn't any sound problems this time, simply by turning the master volume down. We'll see how this effects my mic performance, but I get the feeling a lot of my videos are going to be very large, file size.

  • Good Old Games has this available to purchase I think, optimised to work on XP or Windows 7.

  • @Taybrian1

Don't forget that the video game industry wasn't as big as it is today... Developers didn't have billions to spend for the development of just one game. Hence they didn't have the money for a cast like in Mass Effect 2 for example ;-)

  • Anyone else remember the hint cards that were given away as promotions before the game was released? When combined they were supposed to give you clues to lead you to something hidden in the game? By the time the game was actually released, i'd lost all of my cards. Of course, its entirely possible that it was never put in the game. I distinctly remember at one point in the game coming across a scroll that specifically said that they never got around to implementing something.

  • Boy:Oh wow, that hot chick threw me an apple,I think she loves me!(Goes in corner to masturbate.)

  • @Sauron018 No, it must be a portable sundial. lol

  • @mattiasdavis These were top of the line graphics back in 1995. Stonekeep got bad reviews for its gameplay. And yes, I miss these kind of games and this style, probably because it made such an impact on me seeing it for the first time.

  • I've never finished this game:(

  • This is better than RE1 xD

  • @Kijikun I'm just saying if you make a medieval fantasy setting, try to keep it as medieval as possible or the player will lose their suspension of disbelief. Fantasy is good fantasy if it plays by its own rules. While it's not as serious as if the little kid would have pulled out a chain gun and mowed down the apple carrier, it's still a phrase which has no place in a medieval fantasy setting. They could have said thank you instead and it wouldn't have raised any red flags in my mind.

  • Guy carrying wood at 0:52 is wearing a watch on hand :D

  • Wow people are harsh about the acting. What are the expecting from the age of this game? Talking in a game was still pretty big.

  • @ANGRYUSAMAN Uhm Thank thee? Seriously? It's a fantasy game. There is no anachronisms in a fantasy game.
