This is my 89 Ski-Doo Mach 1. Mechanically it is brand new, the seat has been recovered(not by me) and it has a nice 90 hood(I plan on getting 89 decals for it). The drive line and suspension has been rebuilt with new wheels, bearings, seals, sprockets, chain & gears, slides and a gas shock. I also installed a 1" Camoplast track. It has a fresh, ported & clutched 521 type 537 in place of the original 583. I still have the original burned down 89 583 engine, and exhaust. I also lowered the front end 1". I would go even lower but what suspension I have left would be gone.
Sorry about the poor quality of the video.

  • i got a 1983 vmax 92 in 600ft

  • Thats nice. Do you want a medal?

  • Dude nice sled. im 16 and i got a 92 with dual exaust and fox shox. and mines really fast... how fast does yours go?

  • I have had mine up to 90 mph on a lake for a long run.(Not speedometer reading). The 537 pulls hard but not as much as the 583 or 670.

  • sled looks nice i have the 583 u know of anywhere to find performance parts especially an exhaust for these types of sleds

  • As far as I know, no company currently makes aftermarket pipes or cans for the PRS. You'll have to keep an eye out for a used pipe.

  • I got a 1991 mach 1 (two cylinder 617cc) for 50 bucks from my cousin. They have a lot of power. Love these sleds.

  • I have a question. i cant see that u have the rubber boots around the suspension to keep the sno out. but if u do were did u get them

  • what the mods for the exhaust?

  • thats one bad ass sled there such nice and smooth rides to you guys did good! do you know ware i could find a seat like that any information will help thankyou! Adam

  • Adam Im guessing about 90 to a 100mph but with allot of engine work and after market you can get it up to 160mph witch is what mine does with after-market rebuilt and jetted carburetters domed heads and flattened pistons and a really really nice clutch kit

  • Nice Sled my dad has one. Dont know if it was an 89 or 90 been sitting for about 15 years :( Thing was a monster though; if I remember correctly he had a clutch kit on it and man that thing just screamed!
