so how about:
(x+1)²+(2x-1)² > 5x²-4x+3 ?

THANKS!

@milkeywayman1 Your problem has one variable, so search for "solve linear inequality." I might have some of those uploaded at my channel, but I'm not sure...
-
@robichaudd i ahve that same type of problem 3/4+x>1
-
@AntiSkyGuy That's a different sort of problem. Search youtube for "solve linear inequality in two variables." I don't have any videos of those up yet.
-
what if its like -1> 2x - 3y? how do you get rid of the y?
-
When I saw she reached the end of the paper I panicked a little. o;

What if you have something like this. 4 ≤ x + 5 ≤ 5
fireballkirby 4 months ago
@fireballkirby Use the same process, except do the same thing to all three parts of the inequality statement instead of to both sides of the inequality statement.

would u flip the inequality symbol if the anwser is a negative number
Nigahiga28 9 months ago
@Nigahiga28 No. Only flip the inequality if, during solving for the variable, you multiply or divide both sides of the inequality by a negative number.

@Thegyptianone Go to my channel and search the uploaded videos for "absolute value inequality."
