People unable to find a parking space will often just leave their cars in any available spot - be it a pavement or a bus-stop. But the Mayor of Lithuania's capital Vilnius has decided that a ticket just isn't enough. The owner of a Mercedes - parked on a bicycle lane - may just regret it as his car comes off worst in a scuffle with an armored personnel carrier! The video was published by the mayor's office as a reminder to those who violate traffic and parking rules.
