Carolina Lovin' A Jonas Brothers Love Story Chp. 3

[The girls walked out to the beach, it was getting pretty crowded now that everyone was coming out to soak up some Carolina sun.]
Lauren: So you're not kidding?
Evi: No, would I joke about something like this?
Lauren: I'd hope not!
Evi: Lauren...[Rolling her eyes with a smile.]
[The girls put up a big umbrella to set their towels under, and then laid down under the umbrella waiting for the Jonas Brothers to come out. Soon enough there they were.]
Kevin: Hey Evi!
[Joe, Nick, and Frankie followed him followed by Mr. & Mrs. Jonas carrying two folding beach chairs to relax in.]
Evi: [Immediately sitting up as Cece & Lauren did the same.] Hi Kevin! Have a nice breakfast?
Kevin: Yeah, it was great! Hey, I haven't met you guys. I'm Kevin.
Lauren: H-hi...I'm Lauren.
Cece: And I'm Cece.
Kevin: [Smiling.] Hey Lauren, hey Cece. Nick, Joe come meet the girls!
Nick: Hey, what's up?
Lauren: The sky! [She immediately turned red.]
Nick: [Laughed.]
Joe: I'm...I don't know who I am, you know who I am.
Cece: [Giggling.] Hey Joe, I'm Cece.
Frankie: [Tapping Nick's arm.] Don't forget me!
Lauren: Aw! Hi there Frankie! I'm Lauren.
Frankie: Hi. Nick, can we go swimming? [Smiling up at his brother.]
Nick: Sure. Only if...Lauren wanna come along with us?
Lauren: Yeah! I'd love to!
[The three walked down to the water, since it was low tide.]
Joe: I think going for a swim sounds fun right now, what about you?
Cece: Definitely!
[Joe & Cece walked down toward Nick, Frankie, & Lauren leaving Kevin with Evi.]
Evi: You don't like swimming?
Kevin: No, I love swimming. It's just nice to sit here in the sun you know?
Evi: I hear ya. [Smiling.]
Frankie: Kevin! Kevin! Look what Lauren taught me how to catch! [He held in his hands a handful of wet sand, which showed movement.]
Evi: Sand crabs?
Frankie: Yup! Do you like them too?
Evi: I love catching sand crabs! They're so adorable!
[Frankie trotted off then to show his parents his discovery.]



[Cece & Joe walked into the warm salty water, up to their wastes the rip current was slightly stronger today. The strong waves crashed down on the water.]
Joe: I love the ocean. [He let himself fall backwards into the water as a wave went over him.
Cece: [Laughing.] Stings huh?
Joe: [Rubbing his eyes as he surfaced.] Yes!
Cece: You get used to it. [She bent down onto her knees, wading in the water.]
Joe: [Smiling, did the same.] So how long have you lived here?
Cece: Since I was really young, I just get so attached. I love it here.
Joe: I do too already. [Smiling at her, as another wave went over his head.]
Cece: [Laughing.] Smooth Joe!

[Nick & Lauren watched Frankie digging in the sand near the water for sand crabs.]
Lauren: So Nick...do you like it here?
Nick: Yeah, I do. I think Frankie does too.
Lauren: [Smiling at Frankie's joy as he dug up more crabs.] You guys aren't worried about fans?
Nick: Well, we got Big Rob, he's pretty protective if you know what I mean.
Lauren: Yeah I do. Does it get annoying having so many girls scream your name wherever you go?
Nick: Sometimes...but not really.
Lauren: Oh...Frankie's adorable!
Nick: That's what everyone says.
Lauren: But it's so true! All you Jonas boys are. [Smiling shyly.]
Nick. Thanks! [Smiling back at her. He looked back at Frankie, Mrs. Jonas seemed to have a sharp eye on him so he motioned Lauren to follow him into the water as he got up to his knees, he dived slightly into the shallow water as a wave went over his head.]
Lauren: [Followed with a smile into the water.]

[After a while, Joe & Cece walked back up to Evi & Kevin.]
Kevin: Joe...you're completely sun burned!
Evi: Did you put sun screen on?
Joe: I may have forgotten...
Cece: [Giggling.] Wow...where'd the time go?
Nick: [Appearing with Lauren by his side.] Time sure flies when you're having fun.
Kevin: Hey, how would you girls like to go out to dinner with us?
Evi: If it's not too much trouble, we'd love to!
Cece: Yeah! We know some great restaurants in town.
Joe: Great! We'll be over at...six?
Evi: [Nodding yes.] Great! Can't wait! See you then!
[The girls packed up and headed back up to the house as the brothers hurried into their house to get ready.]
