This man is an inspiration to throwers. I am a college thrower. I only throw like 48 with the 16lb shot but watching this video makes me wanna train hard. Brian Oldfield is amazing

I was about 10 years old when I went to the Two Big Men Mountain games in Soquel California and watched Brian Oldfield, at Al Fierbach's house, during shot put warm ups thow about a 77 to 80 foot throw. Al's shot put ring only went up to 70 feet and ended in a cliff. The shot thudded into the cliff about 4 foot high. It as awesome!

LOOk put it this way even if brian and all the strong bodybuilders shot putters,discussthrows,and football players were on steriods it wouldnt matter if they all WERE or WERE NOT cuz they would still be strongest people in world
