this stage direction is sooooo weird... and it really doesn't make sense with the words sextus is saying.

but that bed sure looks comfy.

Her voice may be a little bottom-heavy, but I think that's good given the dramatic context of the aria. Plus, she looks the part better than many other mezzos and she can really act.

Having seem the clips of this, I'm now going to get the DVD, I want to find out how it ends! I just hope it's available on Region 2 with subtitles!

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I don't find her rather bottom-heavy voice all that attractive. She's certainly at her best in pants roles, but, eh, not my favorite Sesto.

He is, and he is magnificent as Tito. The DVD is commercially available (and if we start posting too much of it on youtube, a lot of accounts are gonna end up getting erased!). A really good buy (though no extra-feature whatsoever)! :o)
