Labour and the conservatives have been in power since 1945, in that time this country has radically changed and so have those parties. We do not have to stop having one of those 2 parties to make change happen.
Also of course there is good change and bad change. A labour government forced to adopt some lib dem policies is still going to be worse for this country than a conservative government.
