Hey Elton

Palestinian civil society has called on Elton John to respect their boycott call and cancel his June 17th concert in Tel Aviv. If he does so, he'll be joining Santana and Gil-Scott Heron, who recently cancelled their spring concerts in Israel. This video suggests six reasons why Elton should join the BDS (boycott, divestment, sanctions) movement.

Oh, this should not be a problem. He cancels concerts all the time! Feb 17 & 18th in Las Vegas. People bought tickets months in advance, flys in from out of state, books hotel rooms, get all dressed up, show up at the door 10 min. B4 concert, and there's not even a sign to say Elton cancelled! Casino workers there to just say, "uh, he's called in sick." Excuse me, but we saw you at Whitney's funeral, Elton! At least tell the friggin truth. And, screw you Ceasar's palace Las Vegas! gamble boycot!

@DrAvrington I assure you, palestinians are not a myth, i am palestinian myself, so are my grandfathers and greatgrandfathers for a fact, before 1948, jews, muslims and christains all lived in the holy land as palestinians together, but now a days after the creation of the state of Israel, palestinians who you called a myth, are the people on the west bank that are being murdered, and are suffering from israel's prejudice against them

Enrique Iglesias, Bob Dylan, Cut Copy, Swayd, Moby, Dream Teathre, Paul Simon, Ziggy Marley, Duran Duran, Roxette and Jane's Addiction are just a few artist that already booked a show in Israel for this summer. Some probably will canceled because of dead threats they recieve from all kind of fascist organizations, many other will be set soon to appear in Israel after they close last details, but the thing is and there's no other way to say it - the BDS movement is an epic fail.

I didn't know there was any such thing as a "Palestinian". About as mythical as a civilized Arab - Muslim society I suspect. I am no fan of Elton John but I do hope the Jews over in Israel liberate its moral, historical, factual and legally mandated homelands from the Arab occupiers. funny thing is.. 100-120 thousands Palestinians go to work inside Israel every day.. which mean that 600-800 thousands Palestinian relay on Israel economy.. by boycotting Israel you much more boycotting the Palestinian themselves.. but, since it's not about the Palestinian.. and it's more about anti-Israel... it's ok
