Bruce's CD The Rising just was in stores when my father died. We used this song during the church ceremony, 'cause Bruce is singing this like he knew my father. I wish he had !

My one true love, my husband, Marty, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday. I just lost the love-of-my-life, and someone told me about this song - I'm so glad they did. It's so perfect for the way we were...I love you my Rick; may you always rest in peace, and be there waiting for me hopefully soon. I see no reason for continuing on as half of a whole person. Please God, take me too! :'(

I'm so sorry to hear that. All I can say is: take all the time you need to grief. All you need to do right now, is to keep breathing and to live from one day to the next. One day, somewhere in the future, the sun will start shining again - not as bright as it used to - but it WILL shine again. Please don't give up hope.
