This video shows the quick and simple way our Air-Pin detachable gooseneck trailer operates. Simply follow these instructions:

Make sure the trailer is parked on hard level ground.

Set the trailer parking brake.

Raise the gooseneck and main deck to take pressure off the load blocks.

Release the air lock pin.

Flip the load blocks open using the load block control lever.

Lower the main deck to rest on the ground. Stand clear of the deck.

Lower the support arm onto the truck frame.

Unhook the hoses and electrical harness and store them in the main deck.

That's it!

When reattaching the gooseneck, first pull the lock pin release button so the lock pin is down.

Back the gooseneck into the main deck until it locks in place.
Lift the support arm off the truck frame.

Lift the main deck high enough to close the load blocks.

Lower the gooseneck to rest onto the load blocks.

Reattach the electrical harness and air hoses and you're ready to drive away.

Follow federal and local D.O.T. laws when tying down and hauling equipment.

It's quick and simple and with our large connection pin, the gooseneck is positively locked to the main deck. For more information on this and other Towmaster trailers, vist our web site http://www.towmaster.com.
