Arturo "Thunder" Gatti v Leonard Dorin. 24/07/2004. Super Lightweight Title (1st defense of Gatti) Location: Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA. A single left hook to the body from Gatti put Dorin down for count.
@2011TREADSTONE I don't know....I think if Gatti were to fight more he would have had more problems.
Dorin was getting on the inside more and more in the second round,he hit Gatti with several left hooks and he had a high punch output.IMO Gatti was better off boxing as it showed.
rest in peace champ....RIP Gatti... from Romania...

@2011TREADSTONE Yep,my favorite fighter ever. Not an all time great by any means but super entertaining.
I actually wish he would have stood and traded more in this fight, was expecting a war but Dorin was too overmatched.

@catasyou On rewatching the fight, I'm in agreement. Gatti was so versatile in styles. Legend.

Gatti showed a more cautious side in this fight and I felt if became warring Gatti from the off he would of taken him out sooner still
