  • guys, look up the song "saturated phat impact" by the phantoms revenge, he samples and does a good ass job doing it

  • trivia time: the probable reason Gigolo released first was that at that time (early 80's)the movie American Gigolo was a buzz so many a song would ride the wave on that theme. Ozone "Gigolette", Fatback Band had a Gigolo song and even Mary Wells had a song out about a Gigolo.

  • bass line play by melvin davis

  • I don't know if you realize it but he has an album that he put out about 2 or 3 years ago called "F1RST". His first album in over 20 years. Chech I-Tunes or another online digital download service. I downloaded each of the ten tracks on the album for $0.89 per track and the album is well worth every penny.

  • Never heard this song before. Pretty nice and sweet. I wish O'bryan had something out today with this lame brain music of today. It would definitely be an improvement.

  • @LeoFras the phantom's revenge - saturated phat impact is from 2008, and thony ritz - High future is from 2010

  • @LeoFras saturated phat impact isn't from treasure fingers

  • Sampled by "Thony Ritz" - High Future and after The Phantom's Revenge & Treasure Fingers - Saturated Phat Impact

  • @CaptainMike1968 TRUDAT!

  • @hunn89 You also forgot that The Time made "Gigolos Get Lonely Too" later in 1982.

  • @slayerdogg I don't know if Maxwell was influenced by O'Bryan, but it's apparent that like Maxwell O'Bryan vocally was influenced by Marvin Gaye.

  • This was also sampled for Thony Ritz - High Future!
