This looks great! Sushi is one of my favorite things, and I often make new creations with nori. I will definitely try it the way you did :)

This past weeked I had Nori rolls twice with a garlic sunflower pate so good. It was my first time having Nori too, man was I missing out!
Have you used/like other seaweeds like Wakame?

okay this might seem silly but what is nori exactly? I'm not really that experienced with eating sushi so...yeah. And what are those flake things about? I need to be enlightened a little here....lol The end product looks great I'm definately going to try it this week!

Nori, is a sea vegatable that is full of chlorophyll, iodine and minerals from the sea. Dolse which are the flakes are also a sea vegetable and are rich in beta-carotene, iron and vitamin D. There really good, I hope you enjoy it :)

It's alway good to use a (wet) base such as guacamole or a nut cheese cause it helps it from being too dry. Also you can moisten the nori roll at the end once it's rolled and let it set for about 15 to 30 minutes.
