Yea, dude, but that's why taxes were invented, and this is a tax. According to 'The Government' your mere being alive enters you into a social contract, and obliges you to pay taxes/subsidies/healthcare. @mrfromhell your argument holds no water. The cost incurred by alcohol and cigs is covered by a tax that is paid by the very people that create the cost. If you dont drink or smoke then you dont pay the tax and are also not creating the burden on society. The burden is paid as the items are abused.
