French Police after Chandrakumaran a key supporter of LTTE

The French Police have launched a major operation to apprehend Chandrakumaran, a key supporter of Sri Lanka terrorist group LTTE .
Our special representative Jagath Wickramaarachchi reporting from France said that according to the information received from LTTE detainees in France, it has been uncovered that Thairingam Chandrakumar, a leading businessman in France, is funded by the LTTE. Recently the police raided his house and the business establishments and seized computers and files. In 1999 a building bought by him in Paris had been used as a TV and radio station. The building is still in his name although the French government had banned the radio and TV stations.
