Hmmm maybe the animal is a Turkey, perhaps they are going higher in the trees for a sniping position. The bark peeling may be their talon marks! I'd watch out they may be trying to hunt you!!!! lol, good video as always!

I enjoyed watching your video.  Interesting about the tree. Last winter rabbits ate the bark off alot of my bushes. But I don't think it was rabbits. lol Coons?

I think you need to shovel the roof of that bird feeder! spring finally started here, at last! Always cool to see the dogs playin in the snow. Can't believe you're about to hit 30 HOWLS! Oh, and I think it's a werewolf problem you've got now...but don't worry too much, at least they'll get rid of the annoying turkeys :D

Oh yes, I'm also looking for the spring, even though the snow is beautiful. Fortunately we don't have to pee at trees ... ahem. Guess the other friend is right. It's the turkeys climbing the trees ... waiting for you to be unalert ... ;o).

Well, I'm glad I don't live in Hawai or such because I don't want to get slapped by your for enjoying warm weather... :P

Maybe the marks on the tree are from a rabbit that knows how to climb trees... (I'm thinking my brain flew away in the latest storm we had. lol)

Very informative video, glad to see all is going smoothly with all the snow and cold, cold temps. Your dogs reminds me of Rutskater's dog Buddy hopping in the snow and when I was younger we had a llasa that would truly hop, he had short hair so now butt prints! Great videos as usual.

Nice to see that you are still doing good and that you are not completely hibernated :-)! As for "not going to be coking outside" - well, you could bake a cake, though, as you got so much icing there already :-)! As for the bark thing ... I was thinking "A deer" frist, too. Butthis far up? Hom only if ... I see a circus ... A runaway monkey ... A doe ... Unexpected romance ... A love child that likes bark, and can climb ... And the Discovery Channel at your doorstep, to shoot a documentary :-)!
