Jayne was wearing his "blue suns" shirt, in the comics they were a front for the alliance group who tortured River or something. There was a previous ep' where she tore the lables off some cans with the blue suns logo as well. Or it could be that she didn't like Jayne for being unpleasant to her and her brother.
