Good idea. At early stages the best artifacts I'd advise are Soul Shiver and Shroud of Eternal Night. Soul Shiver will be helpful for quite a long time too.

@matseb2611 Yeah, went back to greek. I need a pristine plumage so I can make my first artifact also. I have quite a few formulas also.

If you feel you're too underlevelled, you can always go to previous areas and do some level farming.

No, it's in the original too. The only thing is that it only appears on Legendary difficulty.

1560 dps is this low for lvl 63?

It depends. Is this without the buffs? Is the Onslaught active at all? If this is the maximum it can get at that lvl then yeah, it is kinda low.
