#26 Alela Diane - Pirate's gospel

On l'avait manquée au "Fargo all stars" et une belle chance nous a été donnée de nous rattraper. Prise dans le tourbillon d'un succès médiatique aussi mérité qu'effrené, Alela Diane nous a offert trois morceaux et une gentillesse à l'image de son talent, immense.
Au terme de trois jours de promo marathon, nous l'avons retrouvée dans un appartement du 11e arrondissement, avenante et disposée comme si elle n'avait pas eu à répéter la même chose dix fois par jour dans un exercice imposé duquel elle semblait être tout sauf blasée. C'est presque timidement que nous lui demandons de jouer 'can you blame the sky' lorsque nous comprenons qu'elle n'a pas joué ce titre depuis fort longtemps. Là encore, elle se prête de bonne grâce au jeu et se replonge dans le morceau pour notre plus grand plaisir.
Dans la série cargo-requests, nous nous sommes dit qu'il serait intéressant d'entendre le "Pirate's gospel" sans les tap-tap et les choeurs... exaucés à nouveau.

Et puis, nous sommes repartis, dans le froid humide de décembre parisien, emplis de ces courts instants suspendus au charme de la belle folkeuse américaine.
