HK 2.15 AOA Adjustment for Motored and glider paraglider

Here is a simple field adjustment to create a proper AOA
(Angle Of Attack) starting point for the new foil available at HK.
This setting will allow for an easier launch and a faster foil speed. This mod is crucial for proper flight of this foil.
The first line you see me adjust is the rear or D line. (It stays the same). The next is the C line and it's ring gets pulled to the bottom of D's ring. Then B to the bottom of C's ring, then A to the bottom of B's ring or just a bit more (preference). The brake lines are not adjusted.

Hello , I've had the foil for ages an just bought the gondola you designed.

it the anywhere that shows how to set the gondola up?

I have it assembled but not sure how to connect the foil.

Also, mine came with one of the flexible prop surrounds cracked/broken before I unpacked it, can you recommend something to make a new one out of?

There should only be one prop shroud. Its made from resin and glass.

You could use Fiberglass or plastic. I have seen people use the plastic from a laundry basket rim to rebuild theirs. This is clever, works great (even better than stock), And is Cheap!!!

Just got my Paraglider wing today from Hobbyking :-)

Once unpacked , the First thing I did was this mod, next is leave it to hang up side down over night and then CA glue all the knots on the lines .

The first line I start with is the D... It stays the same. Then on to C, then B, then A ( the shortest)

Yes. The first is D.(rear of foil's line) It stays the same.

Then C to the bottom of D's ring.
