KVAL's Molly Blancett stops into a Eugene Curves location, where the owner, Leona Stolte, is a believer in the power of Komen-funded programs like the Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program. After losing her health coverage during the tough economic times, Stolte took advantage of the BCCP, and received a mammogram at no cost.

During October, Curves and Oregon Imaging Centers are partnering to remind more women to get their annual mammograms. Every Curves member who schedules a mammogram in October receives a free "Make time for the girls" T-shirt from Oregon Imaging Centers.
