I like how this PSA uses a theme like the "My Little Pony" ads, and styled to look like a toy ad to get its message across While I certainly don't condone giving animals as presents to people that are not ready or fit or responsible enough to care for them, I've received animals as special "gifts" many times, and I've proven myself to be quite responsible about their care. I think it is OK to give an animal as a "gift" to someone you know will be responsible. Talk it out with them first.
Coming from someone with a dog, this really disturbed me. Especially the ending.

I'd rather throw that guy in the water.

I remember the first time I saw this advert at like 2am one night. It got to the end and I was like "...really? Did they really just... wow.."

This is my absolute favorite type of PSA. I love fake out ads and this is awesome.

Have you seen it?

That one is completely different, it features a girl asking Santa for a dog for Christmas, Santa then gives her a dead one in a plastic bag.
