its better then the jap version

Also, IMO, this is how i feel about the two openings for this game:
JP: Repetitive; seems like it was just pasted on the opening
US: Epic, Style changes as well as speed, Song fits what's happening on screen(almost too well)
The Winner: US

@Grandstra To each his own, i guess. Im a sucker for a great orchestral piece; you really have to understand the beauty of it

@DTY16 The original song was really good, one of my favourite openings for a videogame. This is just a collection of plain sounds taht fail to gain attention. Glad I got the undub for PSP so I can finally play the game with voice on.
-
@Grandstra its actually a lot less out of place than the original. Not to mention as far as JP openings go, The original was just a bad song
-
@DTY16 JP: Epic opening with a great song.
US: butchering consisting in boring sound effects and out of place background music.
Winner: Japan BY FAR.

The only problem with the US Opening of Tales of Eternia (or Tales of Destiny 2 as it is known in America) is that they cut two scenes of Meredy who was sitting alone in a dark room.
That's why I prefer the Jap version, but the US one still good.

I definitely prefer this version ^^ The japanese song is too sad and boring
-
growing up with this game, when hearing this op song now I just think about how this song fits so much for one of the opener for DCI performance.
no wonder I become a corps member
-
Damn i miss this game , this opening is so epic...
-
@Commeting Actually their is a undub for the PSP Version of this game, but requires Custom Firmware to play.

Man, stupid americans fucked up this game with their annoyings dubs.....and THERE IS NO UNDUB VERSION T_T..I will never be able to play this game :(
If I get this game will it work on my play station 2???

Yes it will, as long as you get the US version (assuming that you're in North America).
Search for Tales of Destiny II, since it was renamed in the US.

I never prefer the Japanese ones, why? Because they have japanese in them, I can't under stand it, so whats the point?

So let's say the US version was an instrumental version of the Japanese version, like Abyss'. Does that make it any better? IMO, it'll still be the same.
