i would agree with thunder..the average football play lasts a few seconds so instead of focusing on time..wouldnt it be more beneficial to focus on form and power, executing each rep as explosively as possible? its no longer crossfit when it tries to specialize in one thing

obviously you guys aren't very smart. Dave Tate an ex power lifter recomends deadlifting like that and not using your knees as much cuz you can generate more power with a narrow stance with just slightly bent knees.

I'm almost positive that this particular WOD called for stiff-legged DLs. Please everybody stop worrying. Crossfit Football is where it's at. Awesome program especially for anybody deployed or deploying soon.

deadlift form could use some work man ur barely using your legs.
@Thunder569 actually the programs made by John Welbourn, made it 10 years in the NFL. So im pretty sure it good for Football.
