Brother Larry,
Sorry for my delay in watching your video. I agree with you. I do not agree with women preachers or women pastors. I definitely don't agree with this "women's liberation" movement as in my opinion it is yet another way for some women to usurp authority.
I love all people but I believe that we as women have a place in the work of the Lord, but that we are not called to have those positions that are in authority over the men in the church. You make some good points.

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.

@digitalflava That would be a good thing, you may not recieve as many comments.
This is a real sensitive topic..The scriptures are what we use to justify behavior!
But we know that we must rightly divide scripture old/new testament.(11 Timothy 2:15).The scriptures teaches us also to preach the word ,to be instant in season and out of season(11 Timothy 4:1-4)
Ultimately, we are in submission to God. If a woman is led to spread the gospel, who are we to stop her. The war is not among brothers and sisters, it is against the devil.

@mamahalleck - Here is what you need to learn. That all who believes in Christ..., truly believes in him..., are made vessels of God, but each person has a ministry and those ministries are revealed in scripture. WE, men or women, are NOT allowed to choose for ourselves which office we are to hold. We are CALLED into each office and women ARE NOT CALLED hold any office where it puts her over a man. Ministries start at home and even there, in a full family setting, she can not lead and DOES NOT.

Who was the first evangelists in Scripture? Women. Does a mother have authority over her children? Yes. Did He give some to be Evangelists in scripture? Yes. This office is part of the governmental order of God in the five fold ministry. These women were charged by heavenly order to instruct/inform the apostles(fathers) of that emerging church of Christ's resurrection. To whom are you accountable? The resurrected Christ even appeared first to a woman. You better ask God.

@mad000001 - The point that you are attempting to make is utterly ridiculous. The first evangelist was in NO WAY a women. If so prove it. Name one female evangelist in scripture and try not to make up a name or character. Women do not have authority over men. That is the discussion hear. Where did children come into the picture? That was just crazy to even mention. Almost everything you said above has no scriptural basis. If so, show us where you get your knowledge. I won't hold my breath.

@digitalflava have you not read Matthew 28? You know... Mary and Mary went to the tomb to find it empty and were told to go and tell the disciples ( whom Christ had already appointed as apostles) about His resurrection. So yes the first evangelists were women according to the gospel. A woman does not have rulership over her husband. This is not carte blanche in ministry. If someone is a member of a church body, they become children in that ministry under the parents in that ministry.

@mad000001 - The account in Matthew 28 was not Christ calling them to preach. He just simply asked them to tell the fellas what happened. Are you kidding me? That was not a call to preach or evangelize. An Evangelist preaches to the world, not just 11 people. Christ did not tell them to go preach but to simply tell what happened to his disciples. This is why you do not see women preaching or pastoring in scripture. You TOTALLY missed the meaning of that scripture.
