I myself beat the game on Hard a few times.

I noted that each character has a different ending dialog text, although this probably isn't very helpful for someone who doesn't really know Japanese. Still a nice touch, though. If you're bored enough, you can try beating hard with Yuki, Grand Gray and Han and see yourself.

Wow, coincidentally enough, I uploaded a video of myself beating GVD on Hard Mode. It's a bit different from your's though because I spammed the jump-kicking a lot more. I'll put it as a video response.
