Spencer Blackhart first emerged onto the political scene in the spring of 2003, when he launched his campaign for the Presidency of the United States. After garnering a dissapointing 0.00001% of the popular vote, Mr. Blackhart quickly regrouped and launched another bid the following year, for the 2006 election cycle. After learning that 2006 only hosted a midterm election, he set his sights on 2008.
This speech was shot and edited by documentarian Edward Szekely.
In the tradition of Abraham Lincoln, this speech was written on the train on the way to the speech.
Spencer Blackhart outdates Stephen Colbert's show by 2 years.
