主料:糯米 辅料:五香豆腐干、彩椒、豌豆、香菇、火腿 调料:盐、味精、老抽 烹制方法:1、将糯米蒸成米饭备用,香干、香菇、火腿分别切成丁,坐锅点火倒油,将豌豆、香菇丁、豆腐干、火腿丁依次放入煸炒,炒至八成熟时,加入蒸好的糯米饭,调入盐、­味精、老抽,翻炒均匀即可;2、将彩椒从顶部切开,挖去籽制成小碗,装入炒好的糯米饭即可。特点:鲜香软糯,造型美观。
