@TheChunsoo Just because there is an element of humor in the performance does not make it a complete joke. Yes, Lindberg missed a couple subtle things here and there, but who doesn't. Also, he chose to take the risks that go along with his playful style of performing. Just because it is a bit lighthearted doesn't mean that it is not a world-class performance by one of the best

@Schaefer741 Do you not hear them? It's obvious not a serious performance at all because he just lets loose here. He misses notes to the articulations, because he's messing around with the tempo here. He glizzandos everywhere, and misses the pitch sometimes.
The whole point is that this isn't a serious performance.

yeah, I'm a woodwind player, and I could tell this guy is just messing around completely (intonation is half-assed, and I'm hearing blips a throughout, and other musical errors other than the messing around), if the audience laughter wasn't evident enough for others.

@londonbill100 cheating? in music? cheating? lmao. unless they are i guess using a recording as they do in "lip-syncing", how is it cheating? whatever the performer is doing with his own body to create sound out of the instrument is fair ground, and if it sounds good and right, to whom does it cheat? i think it would be more correct to say they have adjusted the music to fit the limitations of the instrument... cheating... lol made my day.
