you probably don't have all the cities open, especially Algonquin, because the train mainly runs through there, and a little of Bohan and a lot of Broker/Dukes. So once you have all the cities open, the train isn't gonna terminate :) it'll just go through repeatedly.

you can take pictures with your phone but they aren't saved, you can't send them to anyone, unless it's a mission, the camera is mainly used for missions :)
