    This is why the police should be filmed at all times and it is great that citizens have the right to do it! I can't believe this jerk thought he could get away with this.The Baltimore police department is worthless. Maybe they should stop people from panhandling, loitering, and robbing people downtown. Working on your 30 minute response times for 911 calls wouldn't hurt either. The BCPD is worthless and Rivieri is a piece of shit and deserved to be fired!
