I have a very frustrating and irritating problem....No certificates are showing up in my PERSONAL area. All the certificates are in the intermediate category, but when i click on personal, I get nothing. When I go to access the portal, I get a read error. I followed your instructions to the T and its still not working. Any advice on this issue?

The DoD certificates file installs the Intermediate Certification Authority. If you are not seeing any certs in your Personal tab, it means your CAC reader is not bringing them to your computer. It would be much easier if you filled out my support form at militarycac
