Atheists don't claim to know anything which they have no evidence for.

Is there an afterlife? I don't think so. There is nothing that would lead me to believe that my consciousness, which is a function of my physical brain, would continue to live on without my brain.

A believer of at least one of the 10,000+ 'gods' that have ever "existed" believes in their chosen 'god' and whatever text that comes with it and does not require any evidence.

Grand claims require grand evidence.

If Einstein, Galileo, Hawking, Lincoln, Jefferson, Adams, Madison, Sagan, Tyson, Kaku, Anthony, & many more Presidents, Nobel Winning Scientist, & Human Rights Activist from all the World are Wrong, then they are in Hell. But if they were Right then they are No Where. But at least they spend their only lives working for the better good of us all rather than pleasing themselves with Superstitious Religion or Indoctrination. At least they knew the Truth... & Died Living =)

But if you wanna say that Bible God created it all, even though he didn't have to or his presence is not needed, then fine. Believe in God & Devils & I'll Believe in Research & Study. @CubbyE Your commiting a logical falacy. Just because you are posing two options "god created us, or nothing created us" doesnt mean they are the only two options. There are unlimited possibilities of how this was all created
