@IIMorphling89 We had a gold standard during the new deal, which is why we had deflation. In terms of gold, we will have deflation, but in terms of dollars, there will be massive inflation.

Hahaha Peter Schiff is so uninformed. Just a bunch of populist rubbish delivered with charisma and relatable analogies.
Don't judge a book by its cover folks. Schiff's ideas are either hyperbole or downright false.
Hyperinflation? Deflation is more of a risk during an economic ressession. Maybe Schiff should go look up in a history book what inflation was during the New Deal.
Weakening dollar? If anything, the dollar is looking up as it regains strength over the divided Euro.

BTW, what about when Bill calmly agreed with Peter's points that our central bank got us into this mess, our central bankers AREN'T smarter than other central bankers who have created hyperinflation in the past, HAVE made the same poor decisions, AND at base, our paper money is no different than Zimbabwe's paper money?

Responsible? LOL Hyperinflation might not happen, or it might take a couple more years of what we are doing now to cause it, but we will have really high inflation, no doubt on that.

I have been following Peter Schiff for the last 12 years and all I can say is THANK YOU MR SCHIFF!! With your help, I TRIPLED MY SAVINGS and my 401k fund HAS NOT LOST A PENNY, but has even MADE money in the last few months. I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! God bless you Mr Schiff.
