PAISTE 8 Tuned and 1 Un-tuned Symphonic gongs, Sound Creation Gongs (Peace gong, Earth gong #1, & Earth gong #3) & Planetary Gongs (Venus gong, Sun gong , & Platonic Year gong) and Chinese Wind Gongs, Chinese Opera Gongs, antique Chinese Horizontal Gong, and Chinese Tiger Gong plus antique Gongs from Burma, Java, Steve Hubback, gong & antique Burmese Kyeezees. Chinese Cymbals and PAISTE Cymbals (Cup Chimes, China Type - Sound Creation). Stroked, struck, & Bowed gongs. We've not been able to adjust the image ratio - but it was felt that this aspect of my performance should be out there (Rose loves the Opera gongs!). This opening part of the long improvisation is mostly on gongs. Frank has been playing gongs since 1968 and singing bowls since 1971 and has appeared on over 100 albums over 33 record labels. it's like a world that is common to us all but few that actually took the time to thread on. It speaks to us but we understand little of it because it's wonderful - or awful depth (probably depends on how you desire to perform it) - either way, you feel more in par with yourself thereafter. I loved every moment and every "pause" of the 6 parts. Thank you for sharing this.

Sounds like some kind of cosmic choir - voices singing in the metals. Busier than some of his other stuff yet still a sense of peace and stillness. I've not yet come across anything else like this on the web. So profoundly beautiful - thanks for sharing.
