Deep thinking is overall good, but can cause stress, adn lead to migrans...I do it to and have been getting some very severe headaches

@rehdogg yea man. i drank a lot growing up. for the same reasons. Deep thinking is bad for me if I just dwell and ponder and dont put thought into action, it gives me anxiety. The trick I found is to go out and help people, be of service to your fellow human, it really gets your mind off your mind. try it out, simple but amazing.

as an artist I use my deep thoughts to project myself onto the world..but to much deep thinking does screw with my brain after awhile..it's good and bad, just depends on the situation..IMO
