We went for a meal at the Victoria at Hornsea and had a lovely meal, but did laugh at the entertainment of getting to see how the kitchen staff wash their pots. I would love to know how East Yorkshire Environmental Health Authority would view this. It's not every day that you can view what really goes on behind the scenes, but to watch it in full view in the car park creased me. Adds a whole new meaning to avoiding using elbow grease.
