Progressives like Boxer believe the opposite. Unlimited government with absolute power over our lives is progressivism. This is unconstitutional but progressives like Boxer hate our Constitution and undermine it ever chance they get.

Historically Senator Boxer's voting record has been against earmark reform. In 2008 when the City Council of Berkeley CA voted to restrict Marine Corps recruiting Senator Boxer along with the Democratic Majority voted against DeMint Amdt. No. 4380 to provide for a deficit-neutral reserve fund for transferring funding for Berkeley, CA earmarks to the Marine Corps.

It seems Boxer would rather support seditious groups like the Berkeley City Council and Code Pink instead of the Marines...sad!

Boxer knows that between 1% - 3% of the 17.6 million register voters are non-citizens or felons these ineligible voters cancel out a eligible voter's vote 2 to 1, that's why she still smiling. An Ace up a Democrats sleeve is the non-citizen vote.

The democrats in CA have an unfair advantage due to CA not validating US Citizenship when people register to vote and vote by absentee ballot. Carly needs to be leading in the polls by at least 7 points to have a chance at winning.

Neither political party knows how to solve our problems

America, the approval ratings for Congress have been very low for a long time, but you keep electing the same incompetent retreads over and over again. Why ? America, you also elected two unqualified polarizing presidents one after another - Bush and Obama.

You should be angry at yourself as well as Congress for the mess our country is in.

Think the same people that created this mess are the ones to get us out of it ?

@soupuhman1 Hey, I am real sorry you got hurt. We had a contract. We put it on the line and killed the enemies of the USA and we got hurt. So now they pay until we kick the bucket. I have both VA and HealthNet and I many times pay and go to Heathnet rather than VA because the tests and equipment is better and the wait is less. Maybe, if VA was turned over to the private Doctors it would be similar to Healthnet, Scripps here in San Diego. It would cost less than the VA hospital system!
