Using Aliases with Filezilla-sharing additional drives to FTP

How to set up and use Aliases with Filezilla to add or share additional drives on the same ftp site using the same user credentials. I also threw in how to view FTP users passwords in plain text. It would seem that my mic is about to die so pardon the audio, I may have to re-do audio later. Sorry!

when i loginto my filezilla it says this

Hey thanks a lot man. I was not typing the alias right. I was typing d:\thelocation you have to just type /nameofshare
