Why You Should Watch 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'

Made this for a persuasive presentation in my public speaking class. I was originally going to talk about religion, but then I discovered ponies and figured this would be worth more to talk about.

Though, as a result of a few tech problems, I got very scared of the 6-minute time limit and spoke far too quickly. Highly recommend turning on captions to watch, as in general my voice is hard to make out in this room.

What are your thoughts on the fact that MLP is only shown on a preschooler's channel in Canada? Personally I think it should be on YTV or the Family Channel at least so more people are exposed to it. People from all ages check out YTV once in awhile; Treehouse is basically preschoolers only...

Anyway, awesome presentation. I wish I had the gall to do what you did =(

@warlordgorgutz1 I agree. I thought YTV would have it at some point, but nope. They should really add it, I don't see much reason not to considering it is pretty in-line with some of the other series in their listings.

@dratinifan13 Pretty good. I had fun making it, no one pulled any pranks or made fun of me afterwards, everyone was kind of wondering by the end of it how I managed to make a presentation about ponies not sound ridiculous, etc.

A lot of the time he had to change some selections of words because in speech your not allowed to assume to say everybody or all because the opinion and fact do not even out in certain statistics and people get bad grades for things like this and it pisses me off
