Probably the best order. The Submarine had me piss-scared and immediately wanting to start all over again - then the Axe ending was nice comic relief after that. :P Then the Knife ending answered a few questions that the Submarine ending gave me - if I'd gotten it first I would've been a bit spoiled. Safe was good to get later because it tells a LOT and you don't want it first...and Coffin is completely pointless.

this game is the best novel game i¨ve ever played, i mean, nice puzzles, 6 diferent endings, a lot of characters, each one with a diferent personality, a very terreific soundtrack like this song that just give me the chills, and the best of all, a history at times so... dark or evil that will get you scared as hell... oh, i love it
