How to receive most change from the Ticket Vending Machine

This is me buying a one way NJTransit train ticket at Allendale Train Station, going to the next stop, Waldwick (which is the next town to the south from Allendale) on a NJTransit train #1116 (Main Line) on January 16, 2008, leaving Allendale at 4:09 PM and arriving Waldwick at 4:12 PM. You should see how I paid for the ticket. The ticket vending machine can't dispense dollar bills as change so it just gives dollar coins.

I do that on purpose because there is a bank in my area called Commerce Bank, and it has something called Penny Arcade. In Penny Arcade, people dump their change and guess how much is in there and then if they guess within $1.99 from the correct answer they win a prize in addition to getting their money back in bills
