Save Turtle in Trouble

Dear Friends,

Please see the Power Point Presentation on the killing of our turtles by WWF Nature, Malaysia and we hope you are truly touched by what you just saw.

The Turtle Story:
The Malaysian Federal Constitution has since Independence, granted every States the right to legislate over turtles. As you can see, State laws are inadequate and are unable to address the threats faced by the turtles. Some of these turtle species will be wiped out completely in our live time unless we all lend a helping hand. WWF - Malaysia needs to convince the Malaysian Federal government to set up law and regulations to protect the turtles. In order for WWF-Malaysia to be able to present the plight of the turtles, they need to get your support. In the campaign Egg=Life is aim to collect signature-of-support not just from the Malaysian but also caring citizens of the world. World Wide Fund (WWF) for Nature Malaysia is working very, very hard to combat these turtles extinction by getting our Federal government involved. They need your help.

How Can You Help :
We are running out of time to help these creatures. If you truly believe in your heart that you want to be a part of this campaign and want to help to keep these beautiful turtles alive, then please do your part. Here are some of the suggestions of how you can help;

Encourage all your family members, friends and family to support this worthy cause.
Family, extended families, neighbors, school going children, if you attend church or religious service, these are great places where you have captured educated and matured audience who will lend a hand to the cause

You can also do presentation in your childrens school to drum up more awareness and support. WWF-Malaysia has allowed us to share the Power Point Presentation, please share with the rest.




In the Sun papers today, 3 friends who calls themselves the Telur Rangers (Egg Rangers) will travel far around the Peninsular of Malaysia with the aim to collect 100,000 signatures in the Egg=Life turtle conservation petition
