Brad Fiedel Interview about Terminator!!

Great Interview about Brad Fiedel (king of the synthesizer's!) who composed the great theme of the terminator! This is really my favorite interview ever about a filmcomposer. And the Japanese interviewer is really hilarious:-) Brad Fiedel seems to be a great guy!! Playing this theme together with a reporter!! This is really epic. I have to say i am jaleous at that reporter:P This is really a dream to play that great theme (in mine opinion the best theme written ever for filmmusic) of the terminator O_O
I am really disillusionated that he didn't write much filmmusic. And after true lies he never composed anything for filmmusic:( I am telling you this man is really a genius!! And extremely talented!
I have read that he wanted to work on terminator 3 also. But when the director told him that he wanted to use a real orchestra Brad didn't seemed to be interested in it anymore:( :( :( I don't know how much this story is correct. But if it is the truth that would be painfull. Because i really would love to hear another terminator score of him. And i am sure he wouldn't disappointed us. Because he is SOOO creative! It would be great if he compose the music of Terminator 5. Secretly i'll hope he does that but i think chances are about 0%:(

The Terminator movie won a big market worldwide.
But actually, the budget of the movie was 6.5 mil dollars.
It was relatively low as a Hollywood movie.
Because of that, Fiedel composed the sound track by using
one synthesizer alone in his studio like garage.

He formerly worked as a keyboard player of pop music.
In 1970's, he started to work for TV and movie music.

He was a pioneer of electronic music by synthesizer.
He composed many kind of music, especially he was in full activity
with James Cameron from 80's to 90's.

Now a days he think that he want to work that music is featured more.
So, he work for drama and musical rather than movie.
