This is from 65 min. special program "Du côté de Chez Fred" with Joan. She talked in studio with presenter and sings few songs. If anyone is able to make a titanic work of the English translation (subtitles) - let me know - it would be a great release of complete program with translation.

@lukeshero93 It's a true folk song, so, in the folk tradition, there are probably dozens of variations of the words, all of them "right". And if it continues to be sung, dozens more will evolve.

The interviewer is Frédéric Mitterrand, who is in charge of the culture in the actual french governement, and nephew of former french president of th republic, François Mitterrand.
