This has to be one of the nastiest houses that I ever set a foot into. I left at least three times to get air and to keep from losing lunch. Don't look at the rehab pictures of what it looked like after it was finished. Call me today (817) 231.0008 ext 3.
We have houses all over the Dallas Ft Worth area. We have one in your price range and if you hurry you can get back up to $8k in tax credit for 1st time home buyers. (can't have owned in the last 3 years).

I personally do not think the color of their skin had anything to do with the mess and poverty they chose to live in. We have had that house leased since buying it several years ago and it has never looked liked it did when we bought it.
I have been in some sort of real estate management or maintenance since I was 18 and this one was up there close to the top for nasty houses. I have actually seen some that were worse.
